To Outsource or Not To Outsource

You probably have heard that you should outsource some of your work so that you can focus on marketing your affiliate marketing business. But what if you don't have any problem running your business? How do you determine whether you should outsource your work or not?

So, below are some tips for your consideration,

1. You don't have enough time and you are extending the dateline of your project.

2. You are slacking behind with what is happening in the market.

3. You don't know why your website ranks lower than some website that seems dull and unfocused.

4. Your customers don't seem to buy into what you say.

5. You felt difficult to deliver your message.

6. Your website is suffering from low traffic despite of everything you do to drive traffic.

7. Your customers don't see the point doing business with you.

And just to let you know, affiliate marketing is a fast pace business. If you can't recover from your mistakes, you are going to suffer the consequences => wasting your time and money.

I do understand that out sourcing cost money. So, when you decide to out source your work, there are some criteria you want to look into,

1. Your budget. How much money you can fork without hurting your budget?

2. Get a quotation. Since you are on a budget, you don't want to get a service that you can't afford.

3. Do they offer quality work? You can look for the answer in forums, search engine or simply ask your mentor to point you to the right person.

4. Do they offer any guarantee to their work? Remember, you are on a budget. Surely you want to protect your investment.

5. If they don't offer any guarantee, are they willing to amend their work when you reject their work?

6. Make clear communication. You must be tell the freelancers what you expect from them clearly and make sure you fully understand what the freelancers are willing and unwilling to do. This is to avoid any argument in the future.

7. Fix a dateline. Now, your affiliate marketing success depends highly on the prompt delivery of the freelancers. If you want the article to be ready by next week, you have to tell them that. It is also difficult for the freelancers to work when they don't know when you need the work to be done.

As you can see, outsourcing can indeed help you to build your affiliate marketing business. You just need to becareful when you are outsourcing your work.
