Separate Prospects and Customers

I hope you are busy with your list member because that is what I want to share with you.

Let say you have 1000 list members, 350 of them bought from you before and 650 of them didn't.

What are you going to do?

...

...

...

...

...

Move the 350 customers into 1 list and prepare them for the next product. Your next product can either be something similar to what they bought or something higher level.

What about the remaining 650? Do you abandon them?

Of course not. Some people just need more time to buy and you have to spend more time with them.

Group them into another list and continue to develop them. Continue to offer them what you can therefore giving them more reason to buy.

Some would recommend you to stop supporting these people after a certain period as they didn't give you any return for your effort and time.

But personally, I would ask you to support everyone as long as you are capable. Not because that they might buy later but because they deserve the information. They opt-in to your list because they trusted you, the least you can do is to honor this trust and support them as long as possible.

You can ask them whether they want to remain on your list after a certain period.

You can give them up if they didn't reply or they want to be remove from your list. Then group those who reply into a new list and continue to grow them. You can even ask them why they don't buy from you then try to solve their issues as best as you can.

You can also tell them they are doing you a favor by answering your question. Most people will respond to that.

Analyze their issues and you might find something simple that you neglected.

So, develop your prospects and customers accordingly and start bringing in the money. :-)

Here Are Some Ways To Grow Your Affiliate Marketing Business:

1. Create your product and get affiliates to promote your product

2. Advertise through banners and links on your website and blog

3. Link exchange with other bloggers

4. Advertise in safelists

5. Join forums and meet friends

6. Create freebies with your signature link and distribute it virally. They will show your expertise in the niche and increase your credibility.

Of course there are more ways you can grow your business and what you are doing now might be more effective than what I just showed you. If that is the case, just continue what you are doing and you will achieve what you want. :-)

Choosing Blog Topic

Are you having problem deciding what topic should you blog about?

There are just too many things to write about and it can be disastrous if you blog about the wrong topic. It might cost you a lot of money and effort before you realize that the topic you have chosen was not suitable to you and the target market.

Try to avoid the following mistakes if you can:


1. Avoid being too general



Your blog must be focus to the target market. You can talk about washing machine and bleach in your blog but discussing your topic about washing machine to weight loss is a no no.


2. Know what you are writing about



If have no idea how a black hole is form, please don't choose the astronomy topic. If someone with that kind of knowledge visits your blog, they will know that you don't have the practical experience in the topic. It will be worst if that person talk about you in other blog or forum, giving you bad reputation.

3. Don't envy others

Too often bloggers rush into the topic that others are making money without realizing their potential. Again, you might lack the necessary experience and knowledge.



Then what should you do?

Choosing your blog topic is similar with choosing your niche. You should choose something related to your:

• Hobby


• Line of work


• Passion


• Skills

It is much enjoyable if you blog about something you are familiar.

Once you have chosen your topic, set some time and work on it. You need to focus on the topic and research the topic. Find out what actually interest your visitors about your topic. If your visitors wanted to know how to maximize their potential in the office, then that is what you need to talk about.

Next is to give your topic some time. You can't earn money by just writing one blog post. Try it for a few months. If it fails to generate any positive result, then maybe you can move to the next topic.

It does involve some trial and errors before you get the right topic that really makes money. But one fortunate thing is that the more experience you have about blogging, the easier you find the money making topic.

Avoid These Article Marketing Mistakes

Article marketing is a marvelous way to attract traffic to your site. However, it will be quite frustrating if your articles are rejected by the directories. Avoid the mistakes below so that your articles can be approve.

1. Watch out for ‘ and “ ”

The ‘ and “ ” of your articles will turn into strange symbol if you copy your article from Words document and paste it into the article directories. Some article directories will reject your article and some will still publish your article but it appears with a gap in between the word like visitor’s. It just looks odd.

So, preview your article before you publish your article and edit it as necessary. You cam also write your article in Notepad, copy and paste it directly to article directories without worrying the punctuations turning into odd symbols.

2. Affiliate links

Some article directories only allow information in the article body. So, these article directories will reject your articles if they found affiliate link in your article body.

Put your affiliate link in your resource box instead and if you couples it with interesting article content and powerful call to action, your readers will definitely click your link.

3. Ad

Some new article marketing tends to focus a lot on their product rather than writing an informative article for the readers. Article directories will consider these articles as spam and reject it.

Article marketing is about educating readers.

Again, couple your informative article with a powerful resource box to draw traffic to your site.
