Everyone is looking for a unique marketing strategy so that they can start making money online. But looking at the competition at this era, almost every affiliate marketer are eyeing on the next unique marketing strategy. And as soon as it is being launched, almost every affiliate marketer will be practicing the method like no body business.
As I personally see it, a unique marketing strategy is which you have master the method and perfecting it as you go along with your business. Just like writing a blog post, you probably started with a 100 words post and you probably can't understand what you are writing.
But as you continue to write, you become better and you know how to place your words so that your readers are aroused and get them to take your offer. So, the next time you market for your business, think about what you are doing and is there any way you can do it better.
2. Rewards
Just look at me, I hate to buy products at full price. So, I always buy a handful when I am buying something at full price. However, I am willing to spend more whenever I can get a discount on the product.
Unfortunately, a lot of people are like me.
So, when you are running your affiliate marketing business, be generous. People like to receive. Be it a discount or bonuses. The more you give the higher the chances your prospects will buy from you.
And when you are doing that, remember to tell your prospects that your offer is unique and is not available else where. They will be even more delighted to buy from you when they can enjoy exclusive bonuses.
3. Referrals
Another tip to help you get more income to your business, you can ask your current customers to refer your product to their friends and families. And when their referrals buy from you, you will reward them back.
This works similar to a 2 tiers affiliate program where the vendors will pay you a certain percentage of commission based on your downline commission. And if you are not in a 2 tiers affiliate marketing program, you will probably need to find another way to reward your customers back.
4. Value added service
If you really want your customers to refer your product to their acquaintances, it is good that you can provide a value added service. I know you might be wondering what is value added service. This is actually something that you do to remind your customers about your value. Something that will make your customers appreciate you.
Coming from a sales background make me understand that you need to have something special so that your customers will remember you. And when your customers are bonded with you, this will greatly reduce your time and effort to close the any future deal with your customers.
And just to clarify with you, value added service doesn't always need to be something big and heavy. Sometime all you need is just an email asking your customers how they feel after using your affiliated product. If they have overlooked something in the product and affected their satisfaction, you might want to remind them what the product can do and how they should utilize the product to fully experience the benefits with it.
5. Reinvest
When you are making money with affiliate marketing (it doesn't need to be a lot), you will want to look at the possibility of reinvesting part of your profit to grow your affiliate marketing business further.
You can hire a ghost writer to write for your blog so that you have more time to expand your business into another niche. Maybe you want to hire professional service to build a brand new website for another niche. Or maybe you want to pay for an online course to learn about the new niche. Or it is just as simple as expanding your autoresponder service so that you can build a bigger list for your current affiliate marketing niche.
